52 Week Photography Challenge: WEEK 6 | Objects Make The Picture

It’s the 6th week of the 52 week photography challenge. Last week was about photographing the backs of everything, which was interesting to follow and see how you’d deal with the assignment.

This week no 6 we will be going back to shooting objects. But not just any objects.

Since the image is always firstly about the subject and secondly about the composition, we will narrow it down for you to raise your creativity, once again.

Week 6 of the 52 week photography challenge starts now. Using objects to create 3 images.

For this assignment, you will have to look around your home and come up with 9 different objects from where you will create 3 images.

You will need 3 objects in one image. So in the final images you have used all of these objects once.

Always be creative: In the image below you can see 3 different objects, even if theres multiple slices of the peach.

You can create close-ups or broader images, shoot them from birds view or even outside. You can also decide what kind of lighting you will use with your objects.

Assignment For This Week: Photograph 3 images with 3 objects in each of them

  • Amount of images: 3
  • Amount of objects: 3 objects / image = total of 9 different objects
  • Idea: Use only 3 objects in 1 image
  • Ready: By the end of week 6

Remember, if an assignment feels challenging, you’re going into the right direction. These guidelines are to give you a direction, but you can always use your creative freedom once it comes to the execution.

There are no right or wrong way of creating these images.

Enjoy this assignment, and let go of any expectations you might have regarding the content of the image or how much does the final image look like your photography style. JUST GO AND SHOOT  ☺︎

Good luck, and be ready for the next assignment on week 7.
